The 32nd International Pediatric Association (IPA) Congress will be held from 10–12 September 2027 at the Kigali Convention Centre, Kigali, Rwanda.

The Congress welcomes pediatricians, child health professionals, researchers, academicians, nurses, allied health experts, policymakers, and global health advocates interested in advancing child health and well-being.

Registration can be completed online through the official Congress website. Early bird and regular registration options will be available. Detailed instructions, payment options, and deadlines will be announced on the Registration page once registration opens.

Yes. The Congress invites abstracts for oral, poster, and symposia presentations. The Abstract Submission Portal will open in 2026, and all submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Scientific Committee. Detailed guidelines will be available on the Abstract Submission page.

Most delegates can obtain a visa on arrival or an e-visa for Rwanda. However, we recommend checking visa requirements based on your nationality through the Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration website.
